This entry-level arch automatic strapping machine, renowned for its excellent build quality, proves ideal for high-volume applications with packages of varying shapes and weights, as well as bundling together boxes for shipment. User-friendly and efficient, it offers automatic tensioning, sealing, and cutting, producing up to 27 straps per minute. The KZW-8060D accommodates 9-15mm polypropylene/plastic strapping with automatic feed and features a manually adjustable external tension force (ranging from a minimum of 10kg to a maximum of 70kg). Equipped with four castors and adjustable feet for uneven floors, it ensures all-around stability. With an arch size of 74 x 60cm (height x width), the externally mounted strapping coil provides easy access and changeover. The 2.5-second strapping cycle can be activated via the control panel, an electrical footswitch, or a table pressure switch, ensuring versatile, fast, and easy operation. A short feed sensor signals the end of the strap coil, with an auto loop ejector facilitating quick reloading of a new coil.
