The HUALIAN BRAND BSL series pneumatic L-sealing machine is engineered for seamless integration into the shrink packaging process, featuring automatic conveyance of products into a shrink tunnel via a conveying belt after sealing and cutting. Equipped with a shrink tunnel, this machine elevates working capacity for efficient packaging.
This pneumatic L-sealing machine operates at a speed of approximately 16 items per minute, contingent on operator speed. Tailored for Polyolefin and/or PVC shrink packaging materials, the operator initiates the packaging process by placing the product on the seal table and activating a dual push-button system. Pneumatic pistons then lower the seal bar and retract it upon cycle completion. Subsequently, the motorized conveyor system engages, transporting the product into an optional shrink tunnel. The seal bar can also be automatically actuated by switching the machine to auto mode and adjusting the sealing time interval.
